Pricing FAQ

What counts as a credit?

One successful render = 1 credit. /snapshot costs 2 (returns screenshot + PDF + HTML + Markdown in one call). /brand costs 1 and returns logo, favicon, colors, fonts, and OG data. Cache hits cost 0. The same URL with the same parameters is free on the second call. Failed renders (4xx, timeouts) cost 0.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused credits carry over to the next month, up to a cap of 2x your monthly allowance. Burst one month, coast the next.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately via the Stripe customer portal. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Requests return a 429 with a clear error. No surprise overages. Upgrade your plan to get more credits.
